Customers
Our online store serves legal entities registered in the Republic of Armenia.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. If any information provided is found to be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, we reserve the right to reject or suspend the registration request.
Registration
Registration is required to place orders and access complete product information available on the website.
To register, customers must complete the registration form and provide company and contact details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Once the registration form has been submitted, the application will be reviewed by our team. After approval, full access to the website's product and information database will be granted.
Product Selection and Ordering
Customers may browse the Product Catalog, review product information, and select the required items independently.
If you already know which products you need, simply click Add to Cart to create an order request.
Products can also be saved for future consideration by clicking the Favorites (heart) icon. Saved items will be available in the Saved Products section.
Both In Stock and Out of Stock products may be added to the cart in the desired quantities.
After completing the cart, the customer submits an order request for processing.
Each request is reviewed individually and may qualify for special pricing, commercial offers, or personalized discounts.
Once the request has been processed, a commercial quotation will be sent to the customer for approval or rejection.
For products that are not currently available in stock, delivery terms and conditions will be agreed upon with the customer in writing via email.
Please note that prices for Out of Stock products may change. In such cases, the customer will be informed in advance before the order is confirmed.
Payment
Orders may be paid by bank transfer based on an invoice or by corporate business card (ArCa, Visa, MasterCard) upon collection of the goods from our pickup point. Orders paid by corporate business card are available for pickup only and are not eligible for delivery service.
